Interviewing

Candidates who meet job qualifications and experience requirements will be invited for an interview. An interview is an opportunity for us to learn what you can bring to the role, how you’ll fit in with our team, and whether you identify with our values and culture. Pre-employment tests

All candidates who are offered a position with Pioneer are subject to pre-employment reference checks and background checks. Additionally, many of our field positions require a physical fit test to make sure you can meet job demands. A Pioneer representative will be in touch to arrange such test if needed.

Drug testing

We are committed to providing a safe working environment for all of our employees. Pioneer leads its peers in using the more stringent hair follicle drug testing. All of our employees, including office employees, are tested upon hiring.

Job offers and hiring

Once you complete an interview and necessary pre-employment tests, a Pioneer representative will contact you to extend a job offer. Although this is the last step in the hiring process, we expect it will be your first step toward fulfilling your career potential with Pioneer.
